I'm a visual artist and independent filmmaker currently expanding my practice in art therapy.

I have primarily worked as a Director of Photography on narrative films in the United Kingdom. I also collaborate with my partner, writer and director Laurence McManus on visual essays as well as the medium-length film The Wind and the Whimpering; we are currently in development of a feature-length project BABA to be shot in 2025 in the region I grew up, Subcarpathia, Poland.
I'm interested in ways filmmaking can serve as a vessel for therapy as well as research. In my personal work I often focus on autoethnography, the relationship with camera as well as the visual image; my works have been published in the international journal of surveillance studies Surveillance & Society. My other interests lay in applied drama and theatrical techniques and its applications for personal development in contexts of individuals and the collective.
