She has worked as a Director of Photography across the UK on indie short and feature film. Her personal work focuses on auto reflective research taking experimental and autobiographical forms, exploring filmmaking as an inescapably voyeuristic act and camera as an active agent in construction of identity and its possibility to extend as a transitional tool for exploration one's identity. Her work was published in the international, interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal of surveillance studies Surveillance & Society. A long term academic passion of hers, Judyta's ambition is to move her work closer to psychoanalytic discourse.
